Roseline Gaston is an agronomist and environmental specialist whose work is rooted in compassion, community service, and a deep love for the people of Haiti. With experience in sustainable agriculture and food security, Roseline brings both technical expertise and a humanitarian heart to every project she touches. She earned her degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from the Université Notre Dame d’Haïti in 2021 and has since become a guiding force in community-centered agricultural innovation.

Since 2023, Roseline has led the Agricultural Transformation Unit at the Université Notre Dame d’Haïti, where she mentors students with patience, empathy, and a dedication to helping young professionals grow into agents of change. Her work bridges classroom learning with the real needs of rural families and farmers.

As Special Projects Advisor for Agriculture & Sustainability at Haitian Support Connections (HSC), Roseline is known for her caring approach and her commitment to improving lives. She shapes programs that empower families to grow their own food, teaches agroecological practices that strengthen communities, and champions climate-resilient food systems that protect the most vulnerable. Her belief in dignity, resilience, and community well-being guides every decision she makes.

Previously, Roseline supported rural development efforts with the National Institute for Agrarian Reform (INARA), where she worked directly with communities in Catiche and Paillant, coordinating field surveys and listening closely to the voices of local residents.
