Billy Ysac, MD, MPH, is a public health professional and community advocate deeply committed to advancing health equity for Haitian communities. Born in Haiti, Billy’s early experiences witnessing the challenges faced by underserved populations inspired him to dedicate his career to developing programs that address real community needs.

As the program coordinator at Haitian Support Connections, Billy was instrumental in shaping the organization’s vision, programs, and community-centered approach. His work focuses on strengthening health systems, supporting youth and maternal health, and empowering local leaders to drive sustainable change.

Billy earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Haiti and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Purdue University in Indiana. He brings over a decade of experience in clinical care, public health program development, and nonprofit leadership.

Through Haitian Support Connections, Billy continues to translate his passion into action, building bridges among resources, communities, and opportunities for health, dignity, and resilience.
