Dr. Manol Isac is a public health leader and compassionate advocate whose work is deeply rooted in community experience and social equity. Born and raised in Haiti, he began his public health journey during the country’s post-earthquake recovery, supporting displaced families and coordinating cholera response efforts with World Vision International. These early experiences shaped his belief that health systems must be built with communities, not just for them.

As founder of Haitian Support Connections, Dr. Isac envisioned and created an organization dedicated to empowering Haitian communities through health programs, youth initiatives, and grassroots capacity-building. Under his leadership, HSC has become a beacon for dignity, resilience, and local leadership, focusing on programs that make a lasting impact on the lives of the people it serves.

Dr. Isac holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Haiti, a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from CUNY. He also contributes to public health initiatives with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, combining vision, compassion, and expertise to guide Haitian Support Connections forward.
